Open Dawson from the bottom-right corner across Galler’s pages. Prepared help is free, including close views and highlights where a reviewed detail is available. Members can ask about the artist or artwork they’re viewing, explore art history, and find their next room in the nineteenth-century museum.

Sign in to save or remove favorites and add optional private notes for free. Adult members can also add an artwork to a gallery through Dawson: review the artwork and destination, then confirm. This adds it to the gallery’s library; arrange it on the walls from your gallery. For confirmed member actions, Undo is available for 10 minutes if later edits do not conflict. These actions do not use AI replies, and your private choices and notes are not sent to the AI provider.

Both plans include 1,000 AI replies each month, with a daily cap of 300 that resets at midnight UTC. Your monthly allowance renews each month on your billing date (for a monthly plan with a free trial, the day the trial ends). Account shows the exact times in your own time zone. Trial replies count toward the first allowance. Only successful AI replies count. The museum guide and finding your way are free.

Your question, up to six recent messages, relevant public art notes, the page category, and any attached image go to Fireworks AI to generate a reply. Galler does not automatically send your account email or private galleries. Galler keeps completed replies for retry access for 24 hours and removes them in the next daily cleanup. Sharing text for Galler’s quality review is a separate choice, off by default. Fireworks may process data in the United States or other countries. AI replies can be wrong; check the sources. Private artwork notes are stored with your account in Cloudflare and excluded from Dawson requests, AI processing, model training and quality review. Removing a favorite or gallery does not delete a note. Deleting a note clears its text but keeps a revision record to prevent stale edits; deleting your account removes all artwork-note records. Select Listen beside a label, an artist introduction or a room text, or in Dawson. Labels and room texts are read aloud, and selected works have narrated stories. Free audio tours on the museum map lead you from room to room. Listening is free. It keeps playing while you walk or close Dawson. Use Pause, Replay and the speed button, or read the text. To dictate a message, select the microphone. The speaker beside a reply reads that reply aloud. These optional features use your browser’s speech services; availability and voices vary by browser.

Visit memory and sharing text exchanges for quality review are separate choices, both off by default. In Account, you can turn either off to clear its saved visit or shared copies.

Yes. Sign in to create one private space for free. Add up to 40 photos and artworks, arrange them on the walls, and walk through your exhibition. Your account includes 100 MB of storage for uploaded photos.

Use JPEG, PNG, or WebP images up to 20 MB each. Galler prepares a smaller display copy, up to 2,048 pixels on its longest side, and removes image metadata. Keep your original files; Galler stores and downloads the prepared copies.

Membership includes Dawson’s AI art conversations for adults 18 and over, plus up to five private spaces in total. Each space holds up to 40 photos and artworks. All your spaces share 100 MB for uploaded images, the same account storage limit as the free space.

A first monthly membership begins with 3 days free. After the trial, it renews at $9.99 USD a month. Cancel from Account before the trial ends to avoid a charge. If your account had a membership before, the monthly plan starts without a trial. The $59.99 USD yearly plan does not include a trial.

Yes. Open Account, then Manage billing. Canceling stops renewal; membership access continues through the end of your trial or paid period. Your Courtyard stays free to arrange. If you have deleted it, your oldest remaining space becomes your free space. You can still view other spaces, download their photos, and remove items. Rejoin to edit those spaces.

No. Newsletter signup is optional and separate from sign-in and membership. You can change your preference in Account or unsubscribe from any newsletter.

Check your email address and spam folder, then use Send another code on the sign-in page when its timer finishes. A code expires after 10 minutes. Use the most recent email.
