Using Galler

Galler, operated by Studio AM, lets you explore art and arrange images in a virtual gallery. The public museum is free to explore without an account. You must be 16 or older to create a Galler account. Protect access to your email account and only use accounts that belong to you.

Membership

You must be 18 years or older to purchase or use a Galler membership, including its free trial. You must confirm this before checkout. This membership requirement does not restrict access to the free public museum.

Each signed-in account includes one free private space. A membership increases the limit to five private spaces in total. Both free and member spaces can hold up to 40 photos and collection artworks combined per space. All spaces on an account share 100 MB of prepared image storage for uploads; membership does not increase this storage limit. You can upload images, add favorite artworks from Galler’s collection, place and resize them on the walls, and save your arrangement. Uploaded images are prepared at up to 2048 pixels per side. Galler is not a backup service; keep your originals.

The monthly plan starts with a 3-day free trial for a first membership, then automatically renews at $9.99 USD per month unless canceled. If your account had a membership before, the monthly plan starts without a trial and is charged when you subscribe. Payment details are collected at checkout. The yearly plan costs $59.99 USD, charged when you subscribe and renewing each year; it has no free trial. Applicable taxes and the final total are shown at checkout.

Open Account and choose Manage billing to cancel renewal or update your payment details. Cancel before a trial or billing period ends to prevent the next charge. Membership access continues until the trial or paid period ends.

After membership ends, your Courtyard stays free to arrange. If it has been deleted, your oldest remaining space becomes your free space. You can still view additional spaces, download their photos, and remove saved items or spaces. Rejoin to upload, add artworks, or edit the arrangement in those additional spaces.

Lemon Squeezy processes purchases under its buyer terms. Canceling renewal does not itself issue a refund. For a billing problem or refund request, contact support@studioam.art with your receipt details.

Dawson

The Galler Android app does not include Dawson’s chat or the AI art guide.

Dawson’s museum guide is free for everyone. Its AI art guide is for members aged 18 and over. Active monthly and yearly memberships receive 1,000 successful AI replies per monthly allowance period, with a maximum of 300 per UTC day. The monthly allowance follows your original subscription anniversary, including for yearly memberships. Trial replies count toward the first monthly allowance; starting paid membership does not grant an additional allowance. Account shows your next renewal date and time.

If a month has no matching anniversary date, the allowance renews on that month’s last day, returning to the original date when available. Changing plans or canceling and rejoining does not restart your allowance period. The museum guide and navigation do not use the allowance. Failed generation does not count; retrying a completed reply within its retry window counts only once.

Dawson’s AI art guide can make mistakes, and its interpretations are not established historical facts. Check the linked sources when accuracy matters. Room suggestions start a journey only when you choose them.

Adult members can use Dawson to save or remove a favorite, or add a public artwork to a chosen gallery’s library. The heart saves or removes a favorite at once. When you ask Dawson in a message to save an artwork or add it to a gallery, review and confirm the change before it is applied. These actions do not use AI replies. Undo is available for 10 minutes after a confirmed change when it would not overwrite later edits. Arranging or deleting a gallery and changing account or billing settings remain in their dedicated controls.

Using Dawson. Ask about art and Galler. Do not send other people’s personal details or photos of other people without their permission. Do not send photos of children. Do not send sexual content, apart from artworks. Do not send anything unlawful. We may pause your access to the AI art guide if it is misused.

Dawson is not a health, mental-health, legal or emergency service. In a crisis, contact local emergency services.

Visit memory is optional and can be cleared in Account. Sharing text exchanges for Galler’s internal quality review is a separate, optional choice in Account and is off by default. It is not required for membership or AI replies. Turning it off deletes shared copies from the active database. The Privacy policy explains temporary reply storage, provider processing, eligible shared exchanges, retention, and deletion.

Visiting together

Visit together groups are for people aged 16 or older. Use a display name you are comfortable sharing with the group. Do not share private information about yourself or someone else in a group.

Do not harass, threaten or repeatedly follow people who do not want your attention. Do not send sexual or unlawful content, or disclose another person’s private details. You can hide or report someone and leave a group at any time.

Hosts and co-hosts choose whom to admit and should respond to problems in their group. They can lock new joins and remove members. The host can end the group. Galler may restrict hosting or remove access when someone misuses the service.

Your images and the public collection

You retain ownership of your uploads. Only upload images you have the right to use. You allow Galler to store, resize, and display your uploads as needed to operate your private gallery. Uploading an image does not add it to the public museum.

Public artwork pages identify their source and available rights information. A membership does not grant additional rights to any artwork. Galler’s virtual spaces are interpretations, not official replicas or endorsements by the museums represented in the collection.

Respect the service

Do not upload unlawful material, violate others’ rights, interfere with the service, or attempt to access another person’s account or private files. We may restrict access to address abuse or security problems. Report copyright concerns or account problems to support@studioam.art.

Changes and availability

Galler is developing, and features may change or be temporarily unavailable. We will communicate material changes to paid features or pricing before they affect a renewal. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
